"The Uses of Flowers"
1      Flowers are exotic plants which we use for several purposes. Flowers
2 come in different colours and shapes. Also in sizes. Most people grow
3 flowers for their beautiful colours and features. Different
4 flowers have different uses.
5      Like the white roses, they represent the love of a child to a mother. As for
6 red roses, they are used for anniversaries or respresenting the love between a boy
7 and a girl. Some people use flowers for opening ceremonies of
8 shops. Those flowers represent their moral support for the newly open
9 shops. There are other times when flowers are used to show the
10 people's love for the dead ones. Typical Singaporeans do that. Even
11 Americans. Other times, flowers are used in boquets for
12 mothers or newborns. But there are some
13 disadvantages of flowers. For example, roses are beautiful but they
14 have very sharp thorns. Some flowers are poisonous like the
15 Allamanda and many more.
